What does AI say about your company when you are not in the room?
Scrutexity measures how AI answer systems represent your company, products, services, leadership, and competitors — and documents where the public narrative diverges from the facts you can support.
What we measure
Five things worth knowing about your AI narrative.
Answer systems compress. Compression is where accuracy is usually lost — not in outright invention, but in the qualifier that gets dropped on the way to a short answer.
- Factual representation
- What answer systems state about your company, products, services, leadership, and competitors — captured verbatim.
- Distortion
- Where a qualified statement is repeated as an absolute, or a narrow result is generalized into a broad capability.
- Source-level inconsistency
- Where the sources an answer draws on disagree with each other, or with your own published record.
- Missing context
- Where an accurate fact is repeated without the qualifier that made it accurate.
- Answer drift
- How the representation changes over time, between systems, and between phrasings of the same question.
Example
How a distortion is documented.
One captured answer, compared against the visible record, described in language that does not overstate what observation can establish.
“Company X is FDA-approved.”
No visible evidence supporting that statement. No clearance, approval, or registration number located in the public record.
Potentially unsupported AI representation.
Requires professional review before any corrective claim is published.
Illustrative example built to show the comparison structure. It does not represent a real company or a completed Scrutexity engagement.
What happens next
From finding to retest.
We work on the layer we can actually affect: the factual public record that answer systems draw from.
- 01
Source review
Identify which visible sources the representation appears to rest on.
- 02
Evidence gap
Determine what the public record can and cannot support.
- 03
Recommended correction
Draft scoped, accurate replacement language for the sources you control.
- 04
Retest
Re-query after the correction is published and document what changed.
An honest limit
Scrutexity does not promise to control AI systems. We measure how they represent you, and we improve the factual public record that influences them.
Boundaries
- No guaranteed AI rankings, placements, or citations.
- No control over any AI system's output.
- No guarantee a correction will change a given answer.
- Measurement is point-in-time and phrasing-dependent.
- Findings are observations, not determinations of fact.
- Corrective language should be reviewed by counsel before publication.
Answer systems change without notice and return different results to different users. We document what we observed, when, and how we asked — so the record stays honest about its own limits.

We start by capturing the current narrative and comparing it to what your evidence supports.
