Claim Resolution Topology
An institutional-grade framework for structuring public-claim records, mapping visible proof gaps, and quantifying AI answer risk before marketing expansion.
Public pages only
No login, no write access, no private systems.
Evidence nearby
Visible support is reviewed in the context where the claim appears.
Record integrity
Digest references and retained artifacts support later verification.
Evidence Pipeline
Deterministic Evidence Pipeline.
The methodology is designed to make the review reproducible. Every finding should point back to a source URL, visible evidence, a stated gap, and a safer alternative.
- 01
Public surface capture
We review public pages, source URLs, screenshots or retained text extracts, timestamps, and the visible context around each claim.
- 02
Claim extraction
Claims are separated from ordinary copy so each statement can be reviewed as its own record with source location and category.
- 03
Visible proof review
We look for support that is publicly visible or directly linked near the claim. Hidden files and private assertions are not treated as public proof.
- 04
Safer wording
When a claim appears unsupported, overstated, or weakly evidenced, we provide a lower-exposure rewrite that stays closer to visible support.
- 05
Record and digest
When applicable, the record is assigned a digest reference so the retained artifact can be checked without exposing sensitive material.
Structured Output
Claim Record Transparency is the common record.
CRT is Scrutexity's structured format for claim review artifacts. It is intended to make the record portable across reports, public proof pages, internal review packets, and future verification workflows.

Scope DefinitionLegal & Regulatory
[OUT OF SCOPE]Outputs are structured public-claim review records. They are not legal opinions, regulatory findings, or compliance advice.
Clinical Accuracy
[OUT OF SCOPE]We index public language and visible proof gaps. We do not evaluate medical efficacy, clinical outcomes, or standard of care.
Underwriting Decisions
[OUT OF SCOPE]Records are designed to sit beside institutional review materials, not to replace actuarial judgment or diligence advisors.
Public Claim Indexing
[IN SCOPE]Deterministic structuring of visible public claims, proof artifacts, and language drift over time via read-only architecture.
